Building with Landover Homes was our third building experience. We had a very positive experience in comparison to the other two houses we built. Kerry with Landover was always available either by phone or via e mail, no dealing with a secretary. Kerry has quality trades people working for him and is respected in the industry. We love our home and it turned out just how we envisioned it. The vendors were also very good to deal with and that makes a huge difference when building a home. “We started with little insight and no plan and ended up with a living space that has enhanced the functionality and pleasure of our home. We approached Kerry Van Camp of Landover Homes to help us with our basement development. Kerry worked with us to develop a plan and offered solutions to barriers I believed would stop us from having a more open living space in the basement, in fact we ended up with a design I had never envisioned for our basement. Throughout the construction process Kerry was there every step of the way paying attention to detail advising us ahead of time of what trades would be arriving and what they would be doing. The project could not have run any smoother, and was completed within the time frame Kerry set out at the beginning of the project. I never worried for a moment that things might get overlooked or carelessly administered as Kerry demonstrated he had a lot of pride in the finished product and it was important to him that his customers were completely satisfied.

Now when I sit in our entertainment area of the basement equipped with wet bar, fireplace, 60 inch TV with built in surround sound adjacent to an open area for a pool table and separate work out room I know this would never have happened so easily without Kerry's insight and expertise as a professional contractor.
